About us

Relevent Ltd is a specialist event management company formed following a long association between its directors Richard Millward and James Hodgson. At the time Richard was the Special Events Manager at Leeds Castle in Kent and James was the Senior Arts Technician at Middlesex University Trent Park.
The two met organising the highly successful Trent Park Mansion series of concerts for 7 years. Relevent Ltd provides a single point of contact for every aspect of your event from initial conception and licence application, supplier sourcing and equipment specification, on the day management, site clearance and final litter pick. Since its incorporation Relevent Ltd has worked extensively at heritage sites across the UK including Leeds Castle & Penshurst Place (Kent), Harewood House (Yorkshire) and Radley College (Oxfordshire). We also turned a former WW2 airfield, Dunsfold Park (Surrey) into both an open air concert arena, and the following year into a hugely successful “Wings and Wheels” Event.
In 2005 we were the first and only company to have been given permission to stage a large scale public concert on the back lawn at Kings College, Cambridge.
