Relevent Ltd is a specialist event management company formed following a long association between its directors Richard Millward and James Hodgson. At the time Richard was the Special Events Manager at Leeds Castle in Kent and James was the Senior Arts Technician at Middlesex University Trent Park. The two met organising the highly successful Trent Park Mansion series of concerts for 7 years.

Relevent Ltd provides a single point of contact for every aspect of your event from initial conception and licence application, supplier sourcing and equipment specification, on the day management, site clearance and final litter pick. Since its incorporation Relevent Ltd has worked extensively at heritage sites across the UK including Leeds Castle & Penshurst Place (Kent), Harewood House (Yorkshire) and Radley College (Oxfordshire). We also turned a former WW2 airfield, Dunsfold Park (Surrey) into both an open air concert arena, and the following year into a hugely successful “Wings and Wheels” Event. In 2005 we were the first and only company to have been given permission to stage a large scale public concert on the back lawn at Kings College, Cambridge.

Relevent Ltd work in partnership with Leeds Castle and are responsible for organising their annual programme of Open Air Concerts (June / July), their balloon festival (September) and their Fireworks Spectacular (November). We also organised in 2004 one of the countries largest D-Day celebrations - the 60th Anniversary D-Day Classical Concert on behalf of Cranleigh Village Hospital Trust and the Oxford Open Air Classical Concert.

In addition to classical music and firework events, Relevent Ltd have also been heavily involved with popular music events which have included Simply Red at Leeds Castle (2003),Will Young at Harewood House (2004), The Isley Brothers, Ami Winehouse and Kool & the Gang at Penshurst Place (2004) and a national tour with Michael Ball and guests (2004). In 2005 we we involved in concerts for Ronan Keating and Meatloaf, and also Airshows and Family days.

Other venues at which we have worked include Alexandra Palace, the Royal Opera House Covent Garden, the London Palladium,Wembley Conference Centre, Banqueting House London, the Sheldonian Theatre Oxford and Althrop House Northamptonshire.

Previous clients include the Metropolitan Police, Kent Police, Derby City Council, the Academy of St Martin in the Fields, Orchestra Viva, Waitrose Events and Sainsburys amongst others
